Mental Health & Wellness Workshop
took place on October 1, 2024 at St. Francis on LBI
Blessings and Blooms had the opportunity to play with seniors making flower bouquets and hear about lots of resources available in our community to promote wellness.
If you are experiencing an issue -- big or small -- you can
DIAL 988 for help with any kind of emotional distress including substance use and mental health crisis including suicide. Trained crisis counselors can help.
